-The title says: "good worker men"-
This journal is going to be about a more serious topic.
We are all artists. Different styles, different techniques and different levels of profession. Enthusiasm is the factor that is the same in everybody's case, I think. Now, each and every one of us has to make a living, to have a job or if they are good enough, making works of art as a full time job. (My hats off to the latter)
My question is: What do YOU do for a living? Don't be shy! I , and I guess many other people here would know how a DA artist gets the monthly income.
I am a 3D CNC modeler, making prototype shapes. Anything from waste disposal pit covers to speedway bike primary drive covers, but mostly bathroom suff like washbasins and shower trays since these are the main profile of the company I work for. The bathroom stuff is boring like hell and the process involves several re-machinings with tolerances of 0.3 milimeters. I'd correct what I said: boring AND frustrating.
At least it pays relatively well.
So, how about you?
